Prespa Lakes region, North-West Greece
All along the eastern edge of the smaller lake (Mikri Prespa) there are miles and miles of fields of beans, trained up their neat poles. The poles, cut from the Phragmites reeds, are gathered and stacked in very neat piles about 8 feet x 8 feet, ready for use, at the edges of the fields. I took the opportunity to photograph the detail of one such stack of poles. Tilt-shift used with swing for running depth of field. Nikon D800E / 85 PC-E ISO 100 1/6 f/16 Hope you like: many thanks for taking a look. D |
