Nice shot -- I especially like the sky. I think it would benefit from bit more brightness & contrast. The boat conveys the sense of place well.

I agree with Gary on the contrast issue,I might crop some of upper part of the sky, since it doesn't have much interest, The boat and the person helps to describe the culture of the people on the river.
