It's been a long time since I posted one of my storm images.  I promise I'll post more!  This one was from last summer during a storm chase very close to home (Dodge City, KS).  The laminar storm structure illuminated by lightning is something I like to strive for after all ambient light fades an hour+ after sunset.  Please left-click for 1100px version. Thanks for looking!

Spectacular image Mike -- lightning through the cloud really makes the shot. Looking forward to more!

Spectacular and inducing respect for the power of nature.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Staggering sky, I almost feel theirs on the back of my neck stand up.
