I like the lighting in this image and the colour pallet is very pleasing, over all the shot is sound. I think it would have strengthened the shot more if it was taken from a slightly lower point of view. That would have given the top of the bridge a clean line rather than blending with the distant rise and given the foreground a tad more breathing space for the viewers eye to enter into. In turn that would alter the dynamics of the image and give a better balance away from every thing converging to the centre.
