This island was once part of a private property that covered most of the west end of Emerald Bay and had a replica of a Norse castle on it (which is still there). The owner built a little tea house on the island so the ladies could enjoy the summer afternoons there.

A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Nice perspective from high up. The patterns on the water really add to it.
