Beautiful shot Joe -- the light on the peaks and the clouds are especially nice. I might be tempted to trim a bit from the bottom. Well done.

A tad too much foreground. Go closer to the subject and render it more prominent.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
