Sigachan - Isle of Skye, Scotland
Phase One 645DF+, IQ260, 45mm, ISO 50, 1/4s, f/11

Some of you wanted to see the color version...

I just returned from 9 days in Scotland with Phase One.  The older bridge that you can see through the newer bridge is an oft photographed area on the Isle of Skye.  I was looking for a fresh perspective and went the other way from the traditional shooting spots and shot the old bridge through the new bridge with the Ciullin (Skye Mountains) framed under the bridge.  The dark conditions lent itself well to Black and White.

Both beautiful but the natural colour is best for my tastes, no surprise there then!

Wonderful and moody. I like this a lot better than the B/W version (I'm monochromophobic).
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Nice image with a sullen mood to it, I like the color version better.

Nice picture, I like the framing of the mountain by the bridge.
Where did you focus ? On the bridge and let the f/11 take care of the background ?
