A shot from Greece, the famous Roman theatre of Epidaurus. The light was midday light, and lots of people, also its a tough theatre to work in a wide angle landscape. So I opted to try and do more intimate views. Here is a shot of another visitor to the site walking up the stairs of the theatre. I recommend viewing it in a new tab by right clicking on the image as that is much better for vertical shots.

Moved to Travel and Culture because of the prominent human element.

Nice composition, and the spot of color really stands out.

Thanks Gary for moving it, so used to birdphotographers.net which only has one section for landscapes and travel photos, that I forgot that Naturescapes has two my bad. Glad you like it, any ideas for improvements?

I like the subject looking up the stairs as if thinking, "Boy this is steep."

Perhaps putting the model lower on the steps (assuming you had control over that?)

Love this. Personally I would prefer to put the person a bit towards the lower right corner to ake the image more dynamic and give it a sense of "a long way to climb"
