Balea Lake is a glacier lake situated at 2,034 m of altitude in the Fagaras Mountains, in central Romania  There are two chalets opened all the year round, a meteorological station and a mountain rescue (Salvamont) station. It is accessible by car on the Transfăgărăşan road during the summer, and the rest of the year by a cable car from the "Bâlea Cascadă" chalet. In 2006 , the first ice hotel in Eastern Europe was built in the vicinity of the lake.

NIce dramatic clouds, and I also like the sun rays pointing to the chalet.

Very nice.
I like the colors and shapes and how the darker reflections dance around the foreground shoreline. I don't like the ridge and roof lines merging into one and how some areas look heavily Photoshopped.
Maybe because this website is mostly about helping people learn, camera/lens info and settings should be required with every post. This is a show and tell site, I see no tell.

Tony, Thanks for adding the shooting data --- as you can tell from comments, many people depend on them! :)
