And it looks as if the vintner's been gone for sometime. leaving a legacy of well trained vines. Well seen!

A faded beauty nicely framed by the vines.

Great still life that silently tells many stories.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

On second glance Rachel, to my eye this looks rather flat. Perhaps that's consistent with your goal, which is fine. However to my eye, a little curves adjustment, and slight bump in saturation would really make this image sing.

The revised version looks good to me Rachel --- I think you might try taking the curves adjustments a little further. If you'd like, I would be happy to post an interpretation of my own.

One more thing that I neglected to mention since it relates more to PD&A images, is that the door and window frames are almost perfect cyan, so if you select Cyan in the Hue/Saturation adjustment, you can then vary the color of the door/window frames using the Hue slider.
