On side of the road to Applecross, is this lovely little cottage with a fantastic red corrugated roof offsetting the white walls. It certainly has the views, uninterrupted down the Length of Loch Shieldaig, broken only by numerous small rocky islands. It may have the views, but it doesn't always have the weather. Sheltering under a large umbrella, with the very heavy rain being blown sideways across the loch, it was the perfect time to capture this image; with the background fading away into a mono rendering, it allowed the little house to pop out of the rain saturated landscape.
