I have been using CSPS6 for the last few years. If I join the cloud, will my plug ins (NIK, Topaz etc.) still work or do I have to go back to PS6 to use them?

You aren't actually running the programs in the cloud, you simply download them and run them as you did in CS6. you simply install those progrms into your CC installation or copy them over to the identical folder in CC although I think redownloading from Google (in the case of Nik) and installing to CC is a better option. But the answer to your question is that you do not need to go back to CS6 unless you ahve some plug-in or filter that is no longer supported in CC.

I had problems with NIK and had to copy it from the plugin folder in CS6 and put it in the same folder in PS CC. At the time it was a common problem not sure if it's the same now.

I just went from CS5 to CC and just ran my old install file from Google (NIK), and it installed with no problems at all.
