A7, A7R, A7S, a6000 to include new lenses.  It is not unusual for manufacturers to include other "under the hood" fixes that are not specified so i recommend updating even if you don't use the lenses that this firmware update is for.  You might want to wait a week or so to make sure that there aren't any major problems though.

Also note that there were new lens firmware introduced recently for many of the original FE lenses.

From personal experience, Sony firmware updates, which require you to connect the camera to the computer, work best under the Windows environment or pre-Yosemite OSX.

Also please follow the onscreen instructions to the letter once running the updater.
