That's the price for the limited edition.  The standard edition is $350.

And it looks like one purchases the book by making a donation to Reichmann's non-profit organization, Luminous Endowment for Photographers.  If that group is legit, then purchasing the book is an act of support for the goals of the organization, which include awarding grants to photographers/videographers for special projects.
