First, they abandoned a wonderful and expensive color calibration system I had paid $1500 for. Then, they offered a rebate for those upgrading to the new system $150. Now, months after properly sending my prerequisite data/proof---by certified mail, I sit waiting on the rebate. What a company!!!
I've got my research "go to guy" finding the CEO's home address, so I can mail the proof to that address-certified. Our "cut-throat capitalism" wins again.

Did you complete the online part. If you did they will notify you that they received the rebate form and when it would be processed. Worked fine for me. Sorry you are having a problem

Finally got some feedback. The check for $150 was mailed on Nov 18th but I've never received it. NOW X-Rite denies any association with the Mac Group which handles the rebates, but I have email traffic that clearly shows it is a department of X-Rite in Arizona.
What a mess.
