We apologize if you are having forum log in problems. There have been some changes to the platform recently that may cause a login problem until cookies are cleared using the steps below.

Once these steps are followed the log ins should be much more reliable in the future.

Please follow these instructions:

Browse to the NSN forums and click the "Delete all board cookies" link (near the bottom of the page)
Close the NSN tabs/windows
Exit the browser entirely
Open the browser and make sure it's not opening up any NatureScapes pages (ideally a blank page but as long as you're not on NSN at all things are okay)
Delete the NSN-specific cookies in your browser or, if you don't have an objection, delete all cookies. The NSN cookies have either ".naturescapes.net" or ".www.naturescapes.net" as part of their name. For help with deleting cookies in your browser please check out this helpful guide.
Exit the browser again
Restart the browser
Try again to log on to the system.

When emailing us please ensure you send us the following information:

Your username
Your external IP address (can be found at www.WhatsMyIP.org)
The name of your browser (type and version)
The name of your OS (type and version)
